Our Spaces
Our room hire fees are very competitive. If you specify your requirements in advance, we will set up the room for you, laying out tables and chairs, providing crockery/cutlery, kettles/urns (as appropriate), all within the hire charge. All hirers have access to the Centre’s kitchen facilities. Further equipment (projector/screen/PA/laptop) is available at a small, additional cost. Our car park is available to hirers and accommodates up to 20 vehicles and is situated at the rear of the Centre, accessed from Arkwright Close (off Bridge Street) beyond the large municipal car park.

The Theatre (Approx. size: 12m x 6.5m/40ft x 22ft)
Suitable for Performances/rehearsals, exhibitions, lectures, exercise classes, large meetings.
Capacities: Theatre performances: 70 people, lecture-style set up = 80 people in rows, exercise classes: 25 people, groups seated at tables: 50.
The Hall (Approx Size: 10m x 5m/33ft x 17ft)
Suitable for: Lectures, educational classes, music performances, exhibitions, meetings
Capacity: Lecture-style set up: 35 people (max), boardroom-style set up: 24 people around a table (max), café-style: 24 people around small tables (max)
The Art Room (Size: 7.5m x 5m (25ft x 17ft) = 36sq m)
Suitable for: Meetings, Education classes.
Capacity: Lecture-style set up: 25 people (max), boardroom-style set up: 16 people (max)
Inspiration Room (Size: 3.5m x 3.5m; = 12sq m)
Suitable for: Small meetings, small workspace
Capacity: Meetings up to 6 people, workspace for 2/3 people
